About Us
Our story
Hi! I'm Erica,
the owner of Collective Rose Boutique!
I graduated from Ursuline College in Pepperpike, OH in 2015 with a degree in fashion merchandising and a dream of having my own brick-and-mortar shop for women's clothing and accessories. I started my business from my sunroom in the fall of 2019 and sold online and in-person. I kicked off my business by hosting private parties, styling customers, and popping up in various places around my local area.

Then, in March 2022, while I was 3 months postpartum and still juggling a full-time job, an opportunity to open a store on our hometown square presented itself. With the support of my husband, I resigned from my job and started the brick-and-mortar process - baby in toe!

I'm a mama to Dawson, the cutest little guy ever (you will see him pop around our social media), and a wife to Nate, who I've been friends with since high school. We both run our own businesses, plus Nate has a full-time job. Somehow, we make it work!
Now, we've relaunched our website and I'm so excited to share our collection of clothing and accessories with you. We add special personal touches both in the store and online, so I hope you love what we have to offer!
