Orders & Payments

 We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Cash (In-Store)
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Collective Rose Gift Card (we are not responsible for keeping track of your balance. We also cannot go back to an order just placed and settled, to apply your gift card, after the order has already been placed. It is the customer's responsibility to present the gift card prior to purchase.)

ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED AFTER THEY ARE PLACED! We encourage our customers to take their time when making the decision to purchase. 

Payment is processed automatically once your order is placed. Order processing is 2-5 business days. Order changes can not be made. Your order will appear unfulfilled until it ships.

You can only use ONE promotion code per order! We are NOT responsible if the code is not entered at checkout as the code is a gift and payment is processed automatically.

When using a Gift Card and Promotion Code, you must enter the Gift Card Code first, then enter the Promotion Code.
