Return Policy
At Collective Rose, we want you to love your purchase! If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to offer returns for store credit or exchange only on eligible items.
Return Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 business days of the delivery date or local pickup fulfillment date.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
In new condition
Free of smoke odors, pet odors, perfume, or other heavy scents
Free of makeup, deodorant, or other stains
Returned with original tags attached
We reserve the right to refuse any return that appears worn, altered, washed, damaged, or outside of the return window.
A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Final Sale Items
The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
Sale or markdown items
Bodysuits
Hair accessories
Hats
Jewelry
Lip and beauty products
Pinch Provisions
Bags
Scarves
Additionally:
Gift items must be unopened and returned in their original packaging
Home décor items are not returnable if tags, seals, or packaging have been removed
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
Any damaged or defective items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order by contacting:

Damage reported after 2 days may not qualify for return or replacement.
Please note:
Variations in color due to photography, lighting, monitor settings, or pattern placement are not considered defects.
Return Shipping Information
Returns must be shipped back in the original packaging or a waterproof mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Items returned damaged due to improper packaging will not be accepted.
We offer return shipping labels through our return portal. Return label costs are based on package weight and location and will be deducted from your store credit amount.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We do not charge shipping fees for approved exchanges mailed back out to customers.
Local Returns & Pickup Orders
Local customers may return eligible items in-store within 10 business days of purchase or pickup fulfillment.
Local pickup orders become FINAL SALE after the 10-business-day window and are no longer eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases, including items that later go on sale or markdown.
